Vascular and Interventional Radiology encompasses minimally invasive image-guided procedures that utilize advanced medical imaging to see inside the body to diagnose and treat conditions that once required surgery.

 

Using ultrasound, x-ray, CT or MRI guidance, the interventional radiologists navigate small instruments through blood vessels and organs using technology that is less painful, lower risk and lower cost than other methods.
